UtkalNexGen provides Website Development, App Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, and PC Software creation services.
- All project requirements, timelines, and deliverables must be clearly stated in the official proposal or invoice.
- Any additional features requested outside the initial scope of work will be billed separately as per our standard hourly or fixed rates.
- We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule (as reflected in our billing system).
3. Payment Terms
Payments for services are divided into advance, milestone, and final payments as specified in the client invoice. All invoices are generated and accessible securely via our billing platform. Outstanding or "Pending Bills" must be cleared before the final handover of source code, admin credentials, or website/app deployment to live servers.
4. Subscriptions and Recurring Services
Services such as SEO, Digital Marketing, and Server Maintenance are often billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis. Invoices for these services will be auto-generated. Failure to pay subscription invoices within 7 days of the due date may result in a temporary halt of marketing campaigns or server suspension.
5. License & Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, UtkalNexGen and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on UtkalNexGen. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from UtkalNexGen for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
- Republish material from UtkalNexGen
- Sell, rent or sub-license material from UtkalNexGen
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from UtkalNexGen
6. Limitation of Liability
